Advanced Ore Testing & Process Validation

Our laboratory is capable of testing and validating metallurgical and chemical technologies on bulk samples weighing up to 1 ton.

Our Technological Capabilities:

  • Ore Preparation & Crushing: Equipped with a bunker facility, screens, and crushers (large, medium, fine) capable of reducing ore size from 350 mm down to 2 mm.
  • Grinding Circuit: Featuring a ball mill (МШР-900×900) operating in a closed cycle with a spiral classifier, screen, or hydrocyclone, ensuring grinding down to 50 microns.
  • Gravity & Magnetic Enrichment: Utilization of jigging machines, centrifugal concentrators, concentration tables, and electromagnetic separators for high-precision magnetic fractionation.
  • Flotation Circuit: Equipped with 0.5L and 3L flotation machines, reagent preparation units, and filter/thermal units to test diverse flotation schemes.
  • Hydrometallurgical Processing: * Sorption: Pressure columns (SNK type) for low-concentration solutions and countercurrent ion exchange columns (PIK type) for high-concentration solutions.
    • Sorption Leaching: Combining leaching and sorption in “pachuca” type air-agitated column apparatuses for clay ores and pulp processing.
    • Desorption & Extraction: Continuous and periodic desorption columns alongside box-type mixer-settlers and centrifugal extractors for deep purification and final chemical compound production.

🔬 Quality Control: Chemical and spectral analyses are verified both in-house and through certified third-party laboratories, including the Inspection of Iron Ore Quality (Krivoy Rog) and the Eastern Mining and Processing Plant (Zhovti Vody).
